We’re excited to participate in Dine Out Vancouver 2026, offering two extraordinary culinary experiences: a $39 brunch and a $65 dinner. Whether you’re looking for a cosy morning out or an indulgent evening meal, our carefully crafted menus are designed to delight every palate.

Dine Out Brunch Menu – $39 Per Guest

Start your weekend with our Dine Out Vancouver 2025 Brunch, featuring fresh, locally-inspired dishes.

Hair of the Dog – Your choice of:

  • Belgard Caesar: Absolut vodka, caesar spice, clamato mix, pickled garnish

  • Bubbly Mimosa: Sparkling wine with orange or grapefruit juice

  • Zero Proof Mojito: House mint syrup, lime, soda, and fresh mint

First Course – Your choice of:

  • Belgard Bacon (gf): Maple-braised pork belly with bourbon caramel

  • Avo Toast (v): Avocado mousse, baby gem tomatoes, radish, and sunflower sprouts

  • Blueberry French Toast (vg): Blueberry bread pudding, walnut praline, blueberry coulis

Second Course – Your choice of:

  • Chorizo Hash: Grilled chorizo, sautéed corn, chipotle tomato sauce, confit potatoes

  • Salmon Gravlax: House-cured sockeye, avocado mousse, poached eggs, smoked salmon foam

  • Polenta Skillet (vg): Marinated eggplant, romesco sauce, poached eggs, and grilled pita

Dinner Menu – $65 Per Guest

Our evening menu brings together elevated flavours and the best of local ingredients.

First Course – Your choice of:

  • Humboldt Squid: char grilled, romesco, citrus emulsion, herbed bread crumbs (contains nuts)

  • Beet Salad : smoked, pickled + sous vide beets, house lemon ricotta, seasonal greens, preserved lemon vinaigrette, candied walnuts (vg, gf contains nuts, vegan option available)

  • Tenderloin Tartare: sous vide egg yolk, gherkin, dijon, crostinis

Second Course – Your choice of:

  • Braised Oxtail: creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables (gf)

  • Seafood Fideuà: saffron sofrito, clams, shrimp, scallops, wheat vermicelli

  • Squash Risotto: kabocha squash puree, roasted red kuri squash, candied pumpkin seeds, stracciatella (vg, gf, vegan option available)

Dessert – Your choice of:

  • Dulce de Leche Flan: cachaça caramel, sweet black sesame jam, whipped cream, sesame tuille (vg)

  • Olive Oil Cake: raspberry sherbet (vg)

  • Coconut Sorbet:toasted coconut, coconut toffee sauce (v, gf)

Are drinks included in the price?
Each brunch menu includes one “Hair of the Dog” drink. A wine pairings option can be added to our evening menu for an addition $24 which will include 3 glasses of wine, one per course. Any additional beverages are available at an extra cost.
